How to Diagnose a JetBlue WiFi Connection Problem
The airline JetBlue offers customers free Wi-Fi Internet access on many of their flights. This allows you to use a laptop computer or portable device to access the Internet, even while thousands of feet in the air. If you're having a problem activating your JetBlue Internet connection, you can diagnose these problems using the Windows Network and Sharing Center.

Click once on the icon for your wireless network adapter. This is the adapter that is attempting to connect to your JetBlue wireless access point. Click "Diagnose this Connection" from the toolbar. Windows will now analyze both your computer's settings and the settings of the wireless Internet connection in an attempt to determine a problem. If Windows can automatically fix the issue, it will. If it can't, you will be told what you need to do to fix the problem yourself in a series of instructions.
