Opening the search history can make finding websites found previously much easier.

The Internet allows individuals to browse and find a wide range of information. Almost any subject is available at the tips of the fingers. With so much information available on the Internet, it is possible to find anything. Once specific information is found, it is sometimes lost. Looking at the search history makes it easier to find information that was found previously and needed again.

Instructions

    • 1

Open the preferred web browser or the web browser used for previous searches. Internet Explorer and Mozilla are common web browsers.

    • 2

Select "View" and then select "Sidebar" and "History." This will open the history to the side of the web browser. Alternatively, press "CTRL" and then "H" to open the history.

    • 3

Sort the history as necessary. Usually, it is organized by weeks. The last week is usually organized by the last few days. Go through the history until the preferred website is located based on the original date the website was found.
