How to Upload a Torrent and Synology
The company Synology has a series of products called DiskStations that offer a service called Download Station 2. This allows you to download and upload torrent files even while your computer isn't operating by accessing it through your network while your computer is on and giving it commands on what to download and upload. There are a few free torrent solutions that you can use through Synology in this way.

Download and install uTorrent. This program is free to use and has a light interface so it doesn't take up too much space on your drives. You can use it to upload torrents for others to download.

Download and install BitTorrent. BitTorrent is the original program for the torrent protocol. It's free to use for both uploading and downloading torrents through your Synology Disk Station machine.

Download and install BitComet. This program is free to use for uploading torrents through your Synology device. It also has a chat feature built in.
