How to Edit Contacts on the iPad

The Apple iPad allows users to listen to music, download apps from the App Store, check email, browse the web, and view photos and movies on the iPad's 9.7-inch LED-backlit display. The iPad comes with applications like Calendar, Maps, Notes, Safari and iTunes Store to help keep users organized and entertained. The Contacts application stores phone numbers for people and businesses as well as other useful information like website, email and physical address data. Contacts comes standard on all iPads.

Instructions

1. Tap the "Contacts" icon on the home screen.

2. Tap on a contact you wish to edit.

3. Tap the "Edit" option.

4. Select the field you wish to edit. Some field options include "Work," "Home," "Add Photo" and "Notes."

5. Tap the "Save" button to save your changes.
