      Visit your local post office to track your package. Provide the postal employee with the label or receipt number. The label or receipt number can be found at the bottom of your receipt, below the payment method. The postal worker will use either of those numbers to determine the tracking or delivery status of your package.

      Track your package online at USPS.com. Enter the label number or receipt number in the "Track & Confirm" box.

      Enter all the numbers, including letters of the label/receipt number. You can either enter spaces or no spaces when entering the numbers. Click on "Go" or press the "Enter key." The information for your package will populate.
