Some brands of snowblowers have an engine rating listed in CC, or cubic centimeters, especially imported European or eastern Asia brands. Americans are used to the standard HP, or horsepower, rating listed on small engines on snowblowers. When you are deciding the right amount of power needed for your snowblower engine and can't think in CC, just convert the CC rating to HP with a few mathematical steps.
