3. Play a progressive jackpot machine if you want to hit the biggest jackpot possible. A progressive jackpot means that a group of machines are linked together, either through the casino or through a wide network of casinos. Because the machines are linked together, the jackpot reflects all of the machines in the network and continues to grow until someone hits it. A normal jackpot is specific to the machine, and the amount of money you can win from hitting the jackpot never changes. You have less of a chance of hitting a progressive jackpot.

4. Play the maximum amount. The best payouts are won by betting the "Max" amount. For example, if you can bet one, two or three coins, the best rewards are won by betting three coins. You can only hit a jackpot if you bet the maximum amount.
