How to Use TAPI With Cisco Call Manager
TAPI (Telephony Application Program Interface) is a phone program interface where you and your computer can communicate over telephones or videos to people or phone-connected resources. You can place calls by clicking on the picture or other image of the person you are calling. You can use a similar GUI to set up a conference call and attend the call at the scheduled time. You can also see with whom you are talking, either individually or at a conference call. You can also add a voice note to an email you sent or listen to a voice note attached to an email you receive.
