It provides a standardized plan that creates consistency in the hiring policies of a company and regulates personnel practices. List the training, education, experience, skill set and attributes each employee should possess to effectively function in the capacity of the job. Specify the requirements and responsibilities needed for the employee to be effective in the job.
Share this information with the human resources department or employee recruiting personnel in the company or organization. Ensure that there is an established training system in the company that provides the preparation necessary for new employees to be productive in each position.

Create recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates who can successfully fill the position. Design a detailed plan of the entire staffing process that addresses advertising, sourcing, recruiting, selecting, hiring, training and developing employees.

Assign a job specialist in the company to advertise vacancies and career opportunities in a targeted manner to attract the ideal prospective employee. The vacancy advertisement should include information regarding the qualifications and attributes the ideal candidate must possess.
