FileZilla is free, open-source FTP software available in both a client and a server version. The client version allows you to connect to many different FTP sources, including those that are protected with the secure SSH protocol. The server version of the software allows you to set up an FTP server and share files with fine-grained control over the access of the system, including which files and folders to be shared and the individual users and groups that can access those files.
