How to Fold a Total Gym
The Total Gym is a piece of home exercise equipment that you can use for strength training. Strength training is part of a total fitness regimen that should also include aerobic exercise and stretching. The Mayo Clinic recommends two to three strength training sessions per week, of about 20 to 30 minutes each. Stretch before and after each workout. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before beginning a new fitness routine. After your workout, fold the Total Gym before storing it, if desired.
