Sportline Stopwatch 2832 Instructions
If you are training for a marathon or other fitness test, you can use a stopwatch to gauge your fitness levels and performance timing. The Sportline stopwatch model 2832 is a basic stopwatch similar to the Sportline stopwatch model 240. In fact, if you have ever used the Sportline stopwatch 240, you will find it operates in the same manner as the Sportline stopwatch 2832.

Press the "A" button, which is labeled "Mode," until you get to the stopwatch display. If you want to reset it to zero, press the "B" button to stop the time from running and the "C" button to reset. The "B" button is the "Start/Stop" button and the "C" button is the "Split/Reset" button.
-
2
Start timing by pressing the "B" button on the stopwatch. Press "B" again to stop the timing. Once you are done, press the "C" button to reset.

3
Record split timing by pressing "B" to start timing, then immediately "C" to split, "C" again to release and "B" to stop when you are done. You do not press the buttons at the same time or leave a long pause. Just move from one button to the next. You can allow an extended period of time to pass before pressing the final "B" button because you want the entire time to pass in timing your performance. As you are recording split timing, you will see the normal stopwatch time display on your screen, with a small "split" listed on the lower left portion of the screen. Reset by pressing "C" twice.
-
4
Set the time on your stopwatch by pressing "A" three times to enter the "Set" mode. The word "Set" does not display on the screen, instead you will see a flashing "0" for each field. This is the "Set" mode. Use the "C" button to make your time and calendar selections. Only when you do this do the flashing zeros disappear from the screen. Press "A" when done.
-
5
Program the alarm by pressing "A" twice to enter the alarm set mode. Use the "C" button to set your alarm time. Press "A" when done. A small alarm icon displays on the upper right corner of the stopwatch screen when the alarm is set.
-
6
Display the alarm, calendar and time by pressing "A" until you get the time display. Hold "B" to see the date or "C" to see the alarm time. Pressing "B" while holding "C" turns the alarm on and off.
