How to Insert Future Dates in Microsoft Word 2007
Microsoft Word 2007 is set automatically to the correct, current date. Inserting a future date requires changing the automatic date previously set up within the system. It is possible to change the date field in Microsoft Word 2007 -- as necessary for future dating purposes.

Tips & Warnings
If your purposes require a typed future date in the document, type in the date when needed -- rather than changing the system date. The system will not change a typed-in date within a Word document.
