How to Disable Auctiva
"Auctiva" is a third-party eBay sales tool that streamlines the task of listing eBay auctions and provides additional features. Auctiva includes its own checkout tool and shipping insurance, which override eBay's standard checkout and shipping insurance features. Auctiva's checkout and shipping insurance features both can be disabled if you would like to list items using the Auctiva tool while keeping eBay's standard user experience and options. These settings, as well as other Auctiva options, are managed in the seller's Auctiva account settings.

Log in to your Auctiva account on the official website using the link provided in the Resources section below.

Place your mouse cursor over "My Account" and click "Auctiva Checkout" in the menu that appears.

Uncheck the "Auctiva Checkout Services" checkbox by clicking on it.

Click the "Save" button.
Shipping Insurance

Navigate to Auctiva's website and log in to your account.
