1
Begin your day with exercise and if possible, weight training. This will help improve stamina over time, increasing it slowly and steadily as the weights in training increase as well. Stretch before each morning to help get your muscles and body in motion and ready for improvement.

2
Breathe properly when working out and also when attempting to increase and improve your body's stamina. Breathe through your nose and out of your mouth. Stay conscious and completely aware of your breathing actions, as sometimes when we are caught up in activities, our breathing may come to a completely halt as our concentration on other tasks becomes too great. Quick, short breaths will help keep you going during exercising and increasing your stamina. Be sure to continuously monitor your breathing for the most energy and oxygen.

Run as often as you can and jog if possible. Running on a daily basis or another schedule will help increase your stamina and your endurance in being able to run comfortably. Running each day will also help increase the amount of time you can run without becoming tired if you stick to a routine. Walking and jogging can also help to increase your stamina. Increase the length you walk or jog as time goes on to help push your body to the next level of stamina also.

4
Increase your exercise routines and repetitions as often as you feel comfortable and willing. Increasing the reps in each of your different daily exercises will help build and increase your body's stamina, helping you last longer in a variety of exercise and physical tasks. Do not push yourself---increase your exercise reps as you feel comfortable, as everyone's body functions and processes exercise differently.

Join yoga and start swimming to help dramatically increase your body's stamina. Yoga helps to exercise your body's muscles and organs, while also increasing your stamina over time with a steady routine. Swimming each day will help build and increase your body's muscle mass, increasing your stamina as the days go by and your strength grows as well.
