According to Oracle, Siebel Customer Relationship Management, or CRM, software is its top-selling software. This is one reason why Oracle took over the Siebel brand. The Siebel CRM software teaches you about how to enhance customer satisfaction, how to improve sales performance and how to implement a CRM system in your organization. Any sales manager will find the Siebel CRM software beneficial in his business. Once you purchase the software from the Oracle website, you can easily install it on your computer.

Instructions

      Call Siebel at 800-214-0400. Tell the sales associate you would like to purchase the Siebel CRM software. Pay for the software with a credit card or debit card. As of 2010, the software cost $69.99.

      Wait for the software to arrive. This could take 7-10 business days. Insert the Siebel CRM software in your computer's disk drive.

      Check the box next to "I Agree." This means you agree to the terms and conditions. You will not be able to install the software if you do not agree.

      Select "Custom Install" or "Typical Install." Custom Install lets you select which components of the software you want to install. Typical Install installs all the components of the software. Custom Install is only for advanced computer users.

      Create a folder to save the Siebel CRM software. Select a destination on your computer's hard drive to save the folder. Click "Install" to complete the process.

      Restart your computer. This allows your computer to recognize and properly run the software.
