Instructions

1. Contact the Housing Authority of the City of Augusta by phone at 706-724-5466 and ask if applications are being accepted for the Section 8 housing program. Alternately, you can check the local newspaper for a notice that applications are being accepted.

2. Visit the housing authority and request a Section 8 application. As of November 2010, the office is located at 1435 Walton Way in Augusta.
