How to Make a Six-Page Booklet
Booklets are used to provide information about your business or project in a condensed folded-page format. They can be created by using template galleries that are available online or on your computer. When selecting a booklet from the template gallery, use the one that will best represent your booklet needs. The template gallery will display a preview of templates. Customize the template to the number of pages needed in your booklet project.

Click the "File" tab and select "New." Type "Booklet" in the search box. Click "Enter." Review the booklet templates that appear. Preview the booklet by clicking the image and reviewing the template preview in the right task pane. Click the "Download" icon to download the template to your computer. The template opens in Microsoft Word.

Highlight the default text and type your text into the booklet. If the booklet template exceeds six pages, highlight the text in the extra pages and press "Delete." Update the images by right-clicking the image and selecting "Change Picture." Browse your computer and locate a new image. Click the image and the "Open" button.

Save your changes by clicking the "Save" icon on the Quick Access Toolbar.
Google Documents

Go to the Google Documents template gallery. Type "Booklet" in the search box. Click the "Search Templates" button. Review the booklet templates that appear. Click the "Use This Template" icon to download the template to your computer. The template opens in Google Documents.

Update the images by deleting default images. Click the image and press the "Delete" key on the keyboard. Add new images by clicking "Insert" and "Image" on the menu.
