How to Track a DHL Ground Package

DHL Ground is a division of DHL Express owned by Deutsche Post. DHL Ground uses a network of trucks and rail cars to transport packages across the United States in one to seven business days. DHL Ground is a more economical option to DHL's traditional overnight express service. All packages shipped using DHL Ground are assigned a tracking number. You can use DHL's online track by number tool to find detailed tracking information about your package's location.

Instructions

1. Open the web browser on your computer and go to the DHL track by number web page. (See Resources.)

2. Enter your DHL Ground tracking number in the "Tracking number" text box. You can enter up to 25 tracking numbers separated by commas.

3. Click the red "Track" button to find detailed tracking information about your DHL Ground package.
