How to Get the Metal Taste Out of a Pan
Metal pans can spoil the taste of any food that you cook. However, if you clean these pans on a regular basis, you can greatly reduce the risk of metal taste. If you own common household products such as vinegar and a cleaning brush of the soft variety, you can get the metal taste out of a pan with no issues. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- One cup of water
- Medium pan
- Bottle of vinegar
- Box of baking soda
- Soft cleaning brush

Pour about one cup of vinegar in a medium pan. Put the pan on your stove and give it a chance to boil.

Insert two to three drops of baking soda in the pan before it boils. Then, put your boiling water in the metal pan. Allow the pan to hold the mixture for about eight hours.

Use a cleaning brush of the soft variety to clean the inside of the metal pan.

Get rid of the mixture. Wash your metal pan completely with the use of lukewarm water, so that no trace of debris remain, and allow it to dry via the air.
