How to Track a FedEx Package Without a Tracking Number

Federal Express is an international shipping and logistics services company that offers overnight and express shipping services to international and domestic locations. FedEx offers a free service called FedEx InSight that allows you to monitor and view detailed tracking information about all inbound and outbound FedEx shipments to and from your address without a tracking number.

Instructions

1. Go online to the FedEx InSight registration Web page (see Resources).

2. Enter the requested information and agree to the FedEx terms and conditions of service to create a free FedEx InSight account.

3. Go to the FedEx InSight log-in page (see Resources). Enter your user ID and password and click the "LogIn" button.

4. Locate the package you want to track. You can search for packages by the send date, by the company you sent the package to or by the company that sent you a package. Click on the package for detailed tracking information about that package.
