Sharper Image Mini Cycle 2.0 Instructions
Sharper Image markets the Mini Cycle 2.0 as a versatile stationary bike that exercises both your arms and legs with interchangeable pedals and hand grips. Use this portable mini exercise machine at work while sitting at your desk, at home while watching television or on business trips. The Mini Cycle comes with adjustable resistance and a built-in computer with LCD screen that displays distance, speed, workout time, odometer and calories burned. The computer runs on two AA batteries included with the model.

Mount the left and right pedals on the bike. Look for the "L" on the left pedal and "R" on the right pedal to differentiate between the two. Place the Mini Cycle in front of a chair so that you can easily pedal while seated.

Sit down on the chair with your thighs and calves at a 90-degree angle. Pedal slowly to start the computer. Clear the screen by pressing down and holding the "Mode" button for three seconds.

After the automatic timer starts, press "Mode" again to choose among the different functions. "Scan" will cycle among all functions and display each one for four seconds. Pedal at your desired pace. For increased resistance, turn the tension dial to the right.

Pick up the Mini Cycle and place on a sturdy table. Replace each pedal with the corresponding hand grip. Cycle slowly with one hand to start the computer. Press and hold the "Mode" button again to reset it, then choose a function. Continue pedaling with both hands at the desired pace.

Tips & Warnings
Try cycling lying down with the Mini Cycle flush against a wall to exercise both your legs and stomach.
Replace the batteries in your computer if the LCD flashes.
Do not leave the machine in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
Keep the unit away from water.
