How to Transfer Addresses From UPS to QuickBooks

While your online UPS address book is essential to shipping out products to clients and consumers, Intuit's QuickBook program can help you manage or merge your UPS address book with your business's other records. UPS's export feature and QuickBook's import feature make the transfer process completely painless.

Instructions

      Log into your UPS account and then click on the "Address Book" heading. Select the "Export Addresses" option in the address book. Save the address book file to your desktop.

      Launch QuickBooks. Click on the program's "File" heading, navigate down the File menu to the "Utilities" heading, navigate over to the "Import" heading and then click on the "Excel Files" option.
