Contact roof truss manufacturers as early as possible in the building process. Inquire about the turn around time between placing an order and delivery. Some trusses take longer to manufacture than others.

Coordinate the delivery schedule with your building schedule. The trusses should be delivered around the time the walls are being completed. Installing the trusses in a timely fashion allows you to protect the new building against the natural elements.
