Ford trucks are an icon of the American auto industry. Known to be "Ford Tough," Ford trucks represented the all-American cowboy ideal, with tough and rugged trucks whose engines were speculated to last forever. Extended cabs can be found in a variety of Ford trucks, especially newer models. Extended cabs provide additional seating for two people in the truck, tucked snugly behind the driver and passenger seats. The extended cabs will sometimes have their own doors but often the front seats will fold down so the passengers can enter through the front doors.

Cover the seats in the extended cab with seat covers. Choose a soft fabric, such as a fleece or jersey, to be smooth and comfortable on the skin.
