How to Use Biotone Massage Cream

How to Use Biotone Massage Cream thumbnail
You could use a massage.

Biotone's Dual-Purpose Massage Creme is very popular with professional masseuses but you can also purchase it to use at home. It is a combination massage oil and lotion and is appropriate for the skin on your face, body, feet and hands. It contains almond oil, arnica extract, ivy extract, aloe vera oil, vitamin E and vegetable glycerin. Applying a cream or oil before you give a massage can help you to administer a smoother back rub. As an added benefit, these ingredients may leave your skin feeling softer.

Instructions

    • 1

Lay some clean towels down on the surface you plan to give the massage on so that you don't accidentally get massage cream all over your bed or massage bench.

    • 2

Place about one cup of Biotone Massage Creme into the rubber bowl. Warm the massage cream in the microwave for a few seconds. It should be warm to the touch, but not hot. Stir the cream to make sure that you have heated it evenly throughout.

    • 3

Ask the person receiving the massage to lie face down on the towels. Cover her lower body with the sheet so she doesn't get cold.

    • 4

Apply a thin layer of Biotone Massage Creme to your friend's back. Massage the cream into her skin, applying more as needed to keep her back from drying out. You should be able to run your hands smoothly across the surface of the skin. Ask your friend how much pressure she is comfortable with and slowly massage her back and shoulders muscles.

    • 5

Leave the cream on your friend's skin when you are finished with the massage. There is no need to rinse or wipe off the Biotone Massage Creme and it should be absorbed into the skin.
