A few side effects are reported, such as high blood sugar levels and water retention. You can stop taking HGH at any time without fear of ill-effects aside from signs of irritability.

      Take HGH for a cycle of on/off use for best results. The idea is that you are replenishing your natural stores of HGH and then stopping its use until your levels are depleted. At that point, you may resume.

      Stop taking HGH after 6 months of use.

      Deal with the irritability caused by the cessation of HGH with a proper diet and exercise.

      Enroll in yoga or meditation classes to center yourself as you adjust to not taking HGH.
