How to Remove an RV Cover
RVs, or recreational vehicles, are used by many families to travel the United States to camp out and enjoy nature. Many that live in colder climates will park their RVs for the majority of the colder weather. If the recreational vehicle must be stored outdoors, many will place a plastic or fabric cover over the unit for protection against the elements. Correctly removing the RV from the unit when the warmer weather returns will make the job much quicker and will allow anyone to place the folded cover into storage for next winter.
Instructions

-
1
Remove the cover on a day when it is warm outside and the cover is completely dry. Any liquid on the RV cover will make it heavier and more difficult to remove.
-
2
Unlatch any of the hooks and ties that are found around the exterior of the RV.
-
-
3
Fold the rear of the cover up until it is lying on top of the RV.
-
4
Fold both sides and the front of the RV cover onto the top of the unit. The end result should resemble a long sleeping bag.
-
5
Climb a ladder to reach the top of the RV. Once there, begin to roll the RV cover from either the front toward the back or the back toward the front. The more tightly you roll the cover, the more compact and easy to store it will be.
-
6
Throw the RV cover onto the ground and place it into a storage area, such as a basement or garage.
