How to Record a Voice Memo
The majority of cell phone owners have access to a folder that stores various types of audio files, such as voice memos. A voice memo helps you recall data, appointments and errands. If you desire to store brief vocal messages on your phone in the form of a voice memo, you can do so using the settings of your mobile device.

Unlock your mobile device. Usually, you can press a specific key on the side portion of your phone to accomplish this task or even a certain icon that resembles the shape of a lock.

Push "Menu."

Press the words "Media Center."

Push the "Music and Tones" and "My Sounds" options.

Press the "Record New" function to create your own voice memo. When you feel comfortable with your recording, click "Done" and "Save" to store your message.
