Toshiba digital copiers are multi-functional network devices. When configured, Toshiba copiers can serve as a standalone copier, a network printer, fax device, scanner and document manager. Several Toshiba models have internal hard drives that can be used to store documents. These documents can be saved to unique folders that can be accessed from the main panel of the Toshiba copier.

      Press the "E-File" button located on the front panel of the Toshiba copier. This will bring you into the electronic document storage feature of your Toshiba device.

      Scroll through stored folders. Use the arrow keys to highlight the stored folder you wish to access. Depending on the settings of the folder, you may need to enter a password before accessing the contents of the folder. If a password is required, a menu will pop up asking for you to input the correct password.

      Scroll through the files that are stored in the folder. Scroll through the folder's contents and highlight the file you wish to access. Once highlighted, press the "Options" menu that will appear on the bottom of the screen once a file is selected. You will be able to view, print or delete the file from the Options menu.
