      Turn on the hot water and begin filling the tub.

      Pour 1/4 cup powder dishwasher detergent and 1/2 cup bleach into the water when the tub is about halfway full.

      Turn off the water when all jet openings are under water.

      Power on the tub jets at high speed and let them run for 15 minutes. The combination of detergent and bleach will kill bacteria and break apart any residue buildup.

      Drain the tub. Fill the Jacuzzi with hot water up over the jet openings and run the jets for 15 minutes. This will flush out any remaining cleaning solution and residue. Drain the tub when finished.
