How to Barbecue Lean Ground Round Burgers
Lean ground round meat comes from round steak, rump roast or round roasts. Located near the rump on the animal, it contains less fat than other ground beef and tends to dry out quicker then other cuts of meat when grilled. You can fix the dryness by applying barbecue sauce during the grilling process. Not only does it moisturize the meat, but it also infuses the barbecue flavor to the meat, which enhances the taste. Consider making your own homemade sauce or using your favorite seasonings as you prepare the meat prior to grilling. Does this Spark an idea?
