Electric Wine Chiller Instructions

Serve reds and whites at the perfect temperature when you chill them with an electric wine chiller.

Electric wine chillers have several advantages to the old standby of the ice bucket. These machines do not get the exterior of the bottle wet from melting ice and they chill a bottle of wine faster than ice. Many models give you the option to customize the settings so the chiller will cool your bottle of wine to the perfect temperature.

Things You'll Need

• Bottle of wine
• Top insulator cover, if included with chiller

Instructions

1. Plug in the wine chiller, and place the top insulator cover over the top of your wine bottle, if your unit came with one.

2. Place the wine bottle into the holding reservoir and press the on button.

3. Select the type of wine you put into the machine by pressing the up and down arrows on the chiller until your wine appears on the screen.

4. Push the "Menu," "Select" or "OK" button on your wine chiller to begin the cooling process.

5. Wait for the timer to count down or for an alarm to sound, indicating that your wine has cooled to the proper temperature.
