Create a rough concept for your coffee cup design. The photo you want to use should be uploaded to your computer with decent resolution. It is helpful to have an idea of what text you want to include with the photo.

Research the online printing sites that offer coffee cup printing. Check the per-quantity prices they offer and compare with other sites. Some of theses site offer printing on paper coffee cups, ceramic mugs, or even cardboard coffee sleeves that slide over paper cups. Different sites will be more affordable depending on the number of cups you order and the type of cup being ordered. Upload your photo or logo to the website if required. Most websites will alert you if the photo resolution is unworkable. Some websites will allow you to crop and edit the photo using their software, but for others, all edits must be done before uploading. For more complicated mug and paper cup designs, you might have to contact the printing company's design team through the contact details on its website.

Add text if required and if the website allows it. If the website does not allow additional text, include the text with the image before uploading it. You can do this through Microsoft Word, Photoshop, Power Point and many other common computer programs.

Order the cups once you are happy with the design. Most websites allow you to order online using a debit/credit card.
