How to Configure IIS as a Proxy
Internet Information Services or IIS is a web hosting service that lets you run websites for your internal network or on the Internet. IIS can also act as a proxy, allowing your users to use the IIS services to view web pages. IIS caches pages to allow for faster web surfing. The configurations are set in the IIS console.
