How to Use a BlackBerry as a Trackball & Keyboard for a Laptop

BlackBerry is a PDA used for computing, networking and Internet browsing. BlackBerry can also be used as a phone. BlackBerry can be used to schedule meetings, media player and a messenger. This messenger can be used to communicate with other BlackBerry phones. A BlackBerry can also be used as a keyboard for a laptop or a desktop computer.

Instructions

1. Download and install the BlackBerry keyboard app. As of November 2010, there are only two apps available--bluCTRL and MobiMouse.

2. Activate Bluetooth on your computer and BlackBerry. Send a Bluetooth invitation from the BlackBerry to the computer. Accept the invitation on the computer.

3. Click on the app icon to start the program. You can now use the BlackBerry as a keyboard and a mouse.
