How to Change the Tape Out of a Monarch 1110
The Monarch 1110 labeling system allows the user to quickly and easily add a label to an object. This system requires a special labeling tape which can be used either horizontally or vertically, making this system especially versatile. Remove any old spool of labels from between the label hubs by pulling gently until the cardboard center comes away. Unroll the first few labels of a new roll of label tape and snap the new spool between the label hubs by pressing gently.

Squeeze the operating lever halfway and insert the tape underneath the brake wheels. Continue feeding the tape through until 10-12 labels are hanging free at the end of the unit.

Feed the label strip under the plate on the front of the unit, then squeeze the operating lever halfway and rewind the label roll until the labels are secure.

Grab the label strip and pull towards the operating lever. Discard any separated labels.
