Crest Night Effects is a brush-on gel that is used to whiten your teeth. Although Crest has discontinued the Night Effects gel, there may be similar products available. Applying the gel takes only a few minutes and should be done once a day for 20 days for best results. Does this Spark an idea?

Brush your teeth as you normally would and rinse your mouth with water when you are finished. Apply the gel before bedtime to reduce the chances of eating or drinking once the gel has been applied. Eating or drinking once the gel has been applied may affect your results.

Shake the bottle of Crest Night Effects.

Remove the applicator brush from the bottle. You will see a light blue gel on the applicator brush.

Open your mouth wide and raise your lips away from your teeth.

Dip the applicator brush back into the gel and then begin to paint each tooth individually, dipping the brush into the gel when needed.

Keep your mouth open and your lips raised for about 30 seconds to one minute so that the gel has time to dry. The gel dries clear.

Leave the gel on overnight, between four to eight hours.

Brush your teeth in the morning as you normally would. The gel will brush off.
