Instructions on How to Use a V365 Foodsaver

The FoodSaver V365 is a device that vacuum seals food items for storage in the refrigerator or freezer. During the vacuum sealing process, all of the air from the storage bag is sucked out and the bag is sealed shut. This helps food last longer than traditional storage. In order to use the FoodSaver V365, you need to use FoodSaver bag material to first create, then seal the bag.

Instructions

1. Cut a section of FoodSaver bag material three inches longer than the item you want to seal.

2. Open the lid of the FoodSaver and place one end of the FoodSaver bag material across the sealing strip (the section just before the black rubber gasket starts).

3. Close the lid and push down firmly for 5 seconds, then release. The vacuum will continue by itself.

4. Open the lid and remove the bag material when the vacuum stops running.

5. Place the item you want to seal in the bag you just made.

6. Place the open end of the bag into the space inside of the black rubber gasket.

7. Push down on the lid for 5 seconds, then let go. The motor will run by itself. When the motor finishes, lift the lid and remove the bag.
