Kenmore Dryer Operating Instructions

Press the power button to turn the Kenmore dryer on. Turn the cycle selector knob to the desired dry cycle.

Open the dryer door. Lift the lint filter out of its slot and remove any present lint from it. Replace it into its slot.

Insert your wet clothing into the dryer tumbler and close the door.

Select your desired cycle type. Select any options available for the cycle, such as adjusting the time. Press the "Start/Pause" button to begin drying the load.

Open the dryer door when the end of the cycle chime goes off and the display panel shows "End." Verify that the drum has stopped rotating before sticking your hands in it. Remove your clothing immediately to prevent wrinkling.

Tips & Warnings
Avoid overloading the dryer because wet clothing will expand as it dries. Divide large loads into smaller loads to avoid overloading.
Never reach into the dryer drum when it is still moving to avoid injury.
Large loads or excessive wet clothing may require more than one dryer cycle to produce completely dry clothing.
