Homemade Cold Packs
Depending on your medical condition, your doctor may advise you to apply heat or a cold pack to an injured area of your body. Sometimes it is a combination of heat and cold. While you can purchase cold packs at the pharmacy, you can also make your own cold pack using common ingredients found in most homes. Before using your cold pack, check with your doctor as to how long to apply it.
