How to File for a Lost Title in Arkansas
Vehicles can't be bought or sold in Arkansas without a title. So if you've lost your title, it would be wise to request a replacement before you make a deal with a potential buyer. Go to any Arkansas revenue office and submit a title application form along with the required paperwork and the $5 replacement fee to apply for a duplicate title. A new title will be mailed to you within two weeks. If you have not received the replacement title within two weeks, you may call the revenue office for a status check.
