How to Fold a Big Agnes Air Core Sleeping Pad
While out camping or backpacking, nothing makes sleeping on the ground more comfortable than placing a sleeping pad underneath your sleeping bag. The Big Agnes Air Core Sleeping Pad is a two-and-one-half-inch thick, lightweight and compact summer pad that is quick to inflate and deflate. Its construction reduces cold spots and holds air in all night, offering a little luxury in the outdoors. With practice, rolling the sleeping pad and placing it into the stuff sack will become second nature.
Instructions

1
Lay the sleeping pad out flat on a clean surface. Set the stuff sack nearby. Open the valve by twisting the black part counterclockwise.
-
2
Fold the sleeping pad lengthwise one time.
-
-
3
Roll the pad starting at the end opposite of the valve. Roll as straight and as tightly as possible. Place your knee on the pad to keep it from unrolling if you need to.
-
4
Close the valve when the pad is completely rolled. This will prevent the pad from self-inflating.
-
5
Slide the stuff sack around the sleeping pad. Pull the drawstring tight.
