How to Offer VoIP
The quickest way to start offering VoIP is to become a reseller. This means that you will purchase VoIP services from an existing company, then package these services and sell them to new customers. To do this, you must fully understand what VoIP is: VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol. This allows you to communicate with a phone, but using your broadband Internet connection rather than the traditional phone line. This can save money, especially in larger companies where more than one phone line would be required.

1
Research the VoIP industry. You need to be able to discuss VoIP with all of your potential clients. You need to know the terminology that's used, as well as which services are best for each client.
-
2
Create a client list. Who are you going to offer VoIP too? A small family will require a different level of service than a large company will. Once you know who you're selling to, you can decide how best to reach this client base, as well as what their needs are likely to be.

3
Find the best VoIP service in your area. Look for one that has good reviews at a better price than their competitors. Once you've found them, submit an application. You may have to sign a contract stating that you will follow certain rules and regulations that your VoIP service provider lays out.
-
4
Sign up customers. Get interested clients to sign a contract that lays out how much their service will cost and when payment is due. You may want to create a standard contract that you can use for several customers, only changing the rates and payment dates.
