      Visit the Webnotes website and install their free browser toolbar. Webnotes is an application that resides on remote computer servers. After installing the Webnotes, visit any website and leave a sticky note on it. If you make the note public, other Web surfers can read your note, and leave their notes on the same page.

      Navigate to the Diigo website and click the "Get Started Now" button. The site will walk you through the installation process. After installing the toolbar, you can leave sticky notes on websites. Make your notes public to allow other site visitors to leave comments on your note. You can also leave remarks on their notes. Use your mouse to drag and position notes anywhere on a Web page.

      Visit Jjot and click the "Free Sign Up" link on the upper right corner of the Web page. This service gives you a sharable note board. After signing up, you can leave notes on the note board and invite others to view your notes. When you visit your note board, click "New" to add more notes or create additional note boards. To share the note board, click "Share this Noteboard." The site will give you a URL that you can pass along to friends. When they paste the URL into their browsers, they can visit your note board and see your sticky notes.
