How to Find a Nemo Food Web
"Fish are friends, not food" is a quote from a shark trying to change his carnivorous ways in Disney/Pixar's 2003 hit movie "Finding Nemo". Though funny, the joke is nowhere near the truth. As popular as it is with the elementary school set, "Finding Nemo" is a science teacher's dream. Hidden within the funny and heartwarming story are some great science lessons. Capitalizing on the film's popularity with children, a number of resources are available to help teachers and students create their own "Finding Nemo" food webs.
