How to Connect Two 95 PCs Together
Microsoft Windows 95 includes a "Direct Cable Connection" feature that allows a user to connect two Windows 95 computers together and create a two-computer private network. The connection can be made using a cross-over network cable, an RS232 serial cable, or a parallel port cable. This feature is useful when you need to transfer files from one Windows 95 PC to another but you don't have access to a network. You can create a Direct Cable Connection between two Windows 95 PCs using an RS232 serial.
