You can find a parked car on Garmin.

Garmin devices give you the ability to get from your present location to a particular restaurant, event or other destination. You even have the capability to find your parked car, if you happen to forget its location, with the use of the "Set Location" function. If you understand the proper keys to push on your GPS device, you can find the location of a parked car with minimal effort because your device can act as a parking spot locator.
