Launch Windows Mobile Emulator from the "Start" menu under "All Programs."

Click "File" and select "Configure."

Click the "Network" tab.

Check "Enable <Network Adapter> and bind to:". "<Network Adapter>" is the name of your network adapter. Leave the default selection in the drop-down menu beneath it.

Launch "Windows Mobile Device Center" from the "Start" menu.

Click "Connection Settings."

Check "Allow connections to one of the following:". Select "DMA" from the drop-down menu.

Launch "Microsoft Visual Studio" from the "Start" menu.
