How to Repair a Norelco Reflex Plus Rechargeable Razor
The Norelco Reflex Plus Razor claims it gives the ultimate shaving experience to any man who uses it. The razor can last a long time, if taken care of properly. The most common reason for the razor to malfunction is the build up of hair trimmings caught inside the razor unit. If the razor stops working it can be taken apart to repair it. Remove the razor head from the unit by pressing the razor head release button.

Clean the inside of the razor head with the cleaning brush that came supplied with the razor.

Turn the razor head over to expose the frame of the unit.

Locate the wheel on the razor head and turn counterclockwise. Remove the frame from the razor head and brush clean.

Take out each cutter and comb on razor head one at a time. Separate the cutter from the comb prior to cleaning.

Brush each cutter in an upward motion using the short end of the cleaning brush. Then brush the slots in between the combs.

Put the cutter and comb back into the razor head after cleaning. Repeat cleaning steps for the other two cutters and combs.

Place the frame back into the razor head and turn the wheel clockwise until it locks securely in place.

Snap the razor head back onto the razor unit. Place the protective covering over razor to protect headings.

Tips & Warnings
To maintain proper functioning, cleaning should be done every other month.
Do not mix up the cutter and combs when removing them, it can interfere with the performance of the razor.
If the razor is not repaired after cleaning, contact the manufacturer for further instructions.
Razor cutters should be lubricated with Norelco Razor Lubricant every other month.
Razor heads should be replaced once a year.
Always unplug the razor from the outlet before repairing.
